Well I know tht we hve really been lazy reagrding our blogging, bt really we hve been really busy. So I decided to start off this new blogging period with some new and improved twin pictures at there first halloween trunk or treating. It was Friday night at our stake center and Celeste was Tinkerbelle and I was Peter Pan, and the boys were the pirates. Bt Celeste's dad made the boys a ship out of a wagon, he mafe evrything tht u see on the wagon he nailed all the wood on he drilled a hole in the middle of the wagon so there culd be a mast.... Things people do for there grandkids. Bt ya Celeste and I are doing really good, I'm actually joining the Airforce pretty soon so ya me. And Celeste is about 6 mnths along and she is doing good. And everyone just for the record I didnt wear tights with my costume.

So it is here the moment that we all have been waiting for........... The start of college football. Byu plays there first game against the Oklahoma Sooners at the ever so nicely rebuilt Cowboy stadium tonight at 6pm cst. This will be the first college football team to ever play in the new rebuilt cowboy stadium, Byu is coming into this year ranked 21 where OU is ranked 7th. I'm fortunate to be going with my lovely Utah Ute loving wife to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the game since we dont have cable.... yayayayaya GO COUGARS

Hey everyone we just got back from a weekend trip to San Marcos and New Brunffels Texas. U ask? Why? Well Celestes parents watched the kids for us we left Friday morning at like 5am, and in New Brunffels there is a water park there called Schlitterbahn, which is in the top ten biggest water parks in the U.S. So we went as long with her cousins it was a blast filled with water and sun..... suprisingly Celeste got burned worst more than me. Then All day on Saturday we all went shopping at the biggest outlet mall in Texas in San Marcos TX. Its a giant strip mall, it's 10x bigger than the outlet mall in Park City, it had everything tht we wanted such as the nike store as well as all the girls stores tht Celeste loves including all the babies stores tht you can ask for. We had gotten there at like 9am and wqe didnt leave there till like 4pm. It was a long day then tht night we all went to Hooters. It was a long night at hooters with Celeste's non member uncles.... Lots of beer it was so much fun. BUT......... Celeste was a little sneaky she had txtd her brother tht was w us and he had told the hooters waitress tht it was my bday 4 days ago and I think the movie explains it all.....

Sorry that Celeste nor I have made any attempts to update our blog w recent pictures of the boys or of ourselves. The last time that we wrote in this blog was long before our trip to California. But there are many reasons why we havent been able to update our blog. 1st excuse we didn't have a computer, and the ones that we were using the internet was down for a while. 2nd excuse is we have been super busy with the boys, were so busy that we dont have time for time with ourselves, I hardly spend time with Celeste more or less any me time. But since my BIG 23rd birthday is coming she decided that we I needed a laptop to help us out with the failure of blogging, as well for those who know me I'm very competitive and Celeste and I are constantly trying to out do one another. And I guess she has won....... For Now!!!!!!!!!!!!! But the boys are good they are 8 months and some change, they are getting very big as the days pass on. They are sitting up on there own and Hayden is starting to crawl, which makes it a pain to put him asleep, and Landon is slowly catching on. Celeste is about 4 months due and it's been a roller coaster as all pragnacies are. But were doing good we will post more picture online once we find Celeste's camera

Firefighting

So here is an update besides the boys update. Celeste and I are doing good, She is still working at the group home here in San Angelo, and i'm still working at VFI which is a student loan company. The boys are about to be 6 mnths on friday, and they are starting to really teeth. So I thnk everyone knws tht my dream has been to be a firefighter, and so I'm taking the firefighter test next Saturday at 9 am. If I pass tht ten I do a 8 course physical test, which is a pass no pass, after tht your considered for the year rookie academy. So lets all cross our fingers.

So Celeste and I were both staying in on Friday night and just messing around with the blog with our music playlist and I was thinking of songs to put on depending on what kinda mood I was in. Bt just have watched Fast and the Furious and being in the "hispanic mood" Celeste and I sat down and decided to make all the songs on our profile spanish songs. Bt not just any songs these song are great songs to dance to, even celeste was getting down with it. So all those out there that "no habla espanol" you best be learning the language. And no potuguese doesnt count for all those tht think portuguese is the best language. So try to listen to the words and try to figure out what they are trying to say..... and yes there will be a final at the end of he school term...

Hi all! We just wanted to update and add new photos. these boys are becoming more and more fun each day!!!!! As soon as you look at them they start to smile!!!!! I love these boys! Well on sunday the 29th they turned 4 months old. We just had to add the awesome pictures of them smiling at the same time!!! It took us a while cause i was talking to them and they were smiling big!!! Hey everyone, we just wanted to share some more pictures. these boys are growing soooo fast!They are both getting to the point when you talk to them they are starting to smiling even to the point that they want to laugh. they just make funny sounds but they are the cutest. to tell you the truth they smile the most in the morning between 6:45 and 7:45 a.m and they keep smiling till Jayson goes to work. With out fail they smile for daddy before he goes to work. They are also starting to have their own little conversation with eachother and try to talk to us by cooing. When we lay them on their belly they lift themselves up and look around. While we carry them they hold their own head we really don't have to hold theirs. they just love to look around. Hey yall so your not all confused before I write this blog this is Jayson. I have been reflecting and thinking as Celeste and I are hitting our 1 year anniversary next month on te 14th. I have been thinking of how much we have grown and been haveing flashbacks of our wedding day and how crazy we were and how we had no idea what was in for us in the future. I was also looking back on how mostly everyone thought we were crazy for marrying because we had not been on a date let alone dated. But now that we have kids and we have changed alot do to the expieriences that we have had I realize how lucky I am. Celeste does so much for this family, I can't even start to comprehend how much she does for us. so this blog I will be bragging how awesome she is. Just to start off he is the back bone of our marriage she keeps me going. She even when she is dead tired and exhausted she takes the boys at night, just so I can have enough sleep to go to work the next day. I dont know the last time that i took the boys by myself at night. She loves our family with all her heart, and i couldn't even start to do what she does with the boys with her patience and her hard work she puts in to make the boys happy.... and when she has the time to make me happy... even though she doesnt have to. I just wanted o take this time because I haven't been too good at it, But I love you Celeste even though I'm not good sometimes showing it. Thank you for making me laugh and being thier for me when I'm not in the mood. Thanks for everyhting

The Book that changed a Mans Life

So Celeste and I were doing our thing on Sunday... when I get a call from one of my old missionary friends from my mission. And he is telling me the story of a less-active that was brought back to church through me, even though I had never met him. What had happened is 8 years ago a guy named Mike lived in Somerset Kentucky which is deep Southern Kentucky. He was put into jail for multiple causes.. drinking, gangs, drugs ext.... But while he was in jail in Somerset he met this guy that was also LDS. But during this time Mike was recieving letters from home and letters from family saying that you need to change your life around and come back to church.. Mike got to praying asking for guidance and a way to come back to church or at least back to reading the bible. So what he had was a chance to go to the jail library one day and he felt compelled to find a Book of Mormon to read. He had looked their mulitple times before for one their but he thought if God really wanted him to change then he would put one there some how. They only got a couple of min in the libray and Mike wasn't having any luck as he was praying he had the inspiration to look on the table behind him as he looked on the stack of books behind him at the very bottom was an old hard back copy of the Book of Mormon. He took it and as he was headed back into his cell he thanked God for the oppurtunity that he gave him to change his life. As he opened up the cover page he saw the name Elder Hess... he realized the name Elder and realized that this book was given away by a missionary. His friend who was also LdS found out that he was reading the Book of Mormon... and that Mike was trying to get his hands on a D&C and the Pearl of Great Price. His friend so happened to have just the D&C handy but it was a old hard back copy. So his friend decided since he wasnt interested getting back into church then maby mike could use it. So Mike got his hands on his friends D&C, as Mike was opening the cover page to the D&C Elder Jayson Hess was written on the title page with my first Apt phone number in Louisville. ASs mike realized that his new book and his Book of Mormon both had Elder Hess in the cover page that it wasn't a cowincidence. he knew that God worked miracles. Over the next one and a half year he prayed and pondered and tried to figure out how to get back into touch with the missionaries when he gets back out. But Elder Hess on the cover of both of his books gave him the hope and joy to keep going and gave him the light of the tunnel to keep going. As Mike put it to me the other day I was the rock that he started his testimony on. But as Mike got out of jail he moves to Lexington KY, for a year of rehab that he had to take when he got out of jail. As Mike was moving to Lexington I got moved out of Lexington. So the day after I got transfered my Greenie was trying to get a hold of me in my new area so i can send him the two bus passes that i had for him and his new comp. But as my greenie was calling he forgot to dial the area code to my new area. So he called the right number just forgot to dial the area code. Which happened to be Mikes new number in Lexington. So as my greenie called Mike piked up the phone and my greenie thought it was my new companion playing a trick on him. But mike politley said that their was no Elder Hess that lived their and hung up. My greenie calls again, the same number but with out putting in the area code. He gets Mike and my greenie asks for Elder Hess and to have me send him the bus passes... Mike politley said you have the wrong number, and asks him what number is he trying to reach. Mike politley said that you must dial the area code to get that part of the state. But Mike finally realized that My greenie was looking for Elder Hess... the same name that was in his books. He asked my greenie if he knew me and so forth.. and told them that he just got out of jail and needed the missionaries to come over and talk and to help him get back on his feet and back into church. Of curse my greeni went over and Mike just lived a block away from my old apt. So as they went over thier to visit Mike eagerly asked where did this Elder Hess guy go and where can I reach him at. My greenie said that I had gone to a other part of the state and wasnt allowed to give out my number. So from that time till a few days ago Mike had been trying to get a hold of me to tell me that his life has changed because of me. As he claaed me the other day i picked up the phone and he asked is this Elder Hess? I said well the formally Elder Jayson Hess ya? Why? He went on saying that I had no idea what i had done to his life. he goes on telling me the story that i just wrote down. and he said that he is now active in his branch and has recieved the Aaronic and Melchizedek priesthood and is going to the Temple for the first time this month and is now taking the temple prep classes. ( let me back up) back in the my first week of my first area on my mission My comp and i decided to go street contacting but we happened to be short on Book of Mormons and we had one old hard back D&C so we wnt out and I had stopped this guy that was LDS but was not practicing it, and that it was useless for me to give him the D&C because he was going to jail that same day. i said you never know what might happened so I put my name and number in the book thinking of nothing of it. That guy happened to go to the same jail that Mike went to and the D&C book that he had recieved in jail from his friend was the same friend i talked to the first week of the mission. I was in tears............ because that area that i was in was the hardest are of the mission for me, with the most trials, I never had any physical success there. but you never know when you plant a seed how far it goes. But by me being a missionary and opening my mouth and putting my name in a book. It gave a man who was lost in this world hope and joy to keep fighting. he couldn't thank me enough for the work that i had done as a missionary and that he was greatfull for my life and that he wants to send this story to the ensign so his story might help someone else. He is now the Young Mens Pres in his ward. His life changed just because a missionary called the wrong number and because I did my job as a missionary

The Twins Blessing

Hey everyone.... I know that your all dying to see more pictures of the boys.... So I decided to do it last. But the boys have grown so much Hayden is so heavy. I'm gaining my muscle back that I never had. But the boys were blessed in our new ward in Texas. Our ward is the San Angelo 2nd Ward... It's a big military ward which makes it twice as fun because everyone comes in with their own background and culture.... anyways the boys were blessed on Sunday.. and what an expirience it waas for me as a dad to experience that oppurtunity to bless your own kids. But I'm such a Goof... I blessed Hayden first and as i was saying his name I couldnt remember the middle name... I was so red it was a good 5 min pause then I remembered it. I feel like my dad when he calls me Clayton then corrects himself and calls me Zach. Man i'm having a hard time as it is remebering who they are when I'm holing them. Well these were the outfits that they were blessed in. Kids in general are so hard but man they are such a blessing... at times i find my self scratching my head trying to be patient but then you catch those new baby smiles that they show you and all the drowziness and sleep deprived that you leaves. And i thought that ordering from In and Out was hard.

Our Trip to Mexico

Hey Yall.... well as you all ready know we are all settled in Texas. But last week we took a little trip to Mexico. We went to a small town called Acuna it's in the city of Coahuila. We went there to pick up Celeste's Grandma. It's about a 2 hour drive from San Angelo TX. They have this food their called " Tacos Tapatios" and they are so good... they are cooked like taquitos and they add cabbage with lime and sour cream on them. They are the best things since Fidel Castro was made Pres of Cuba. but we had a blast but it was also a long day as well

Hey guys well we finally made it to Texas. We first stopped in California and the beautiful weather and had a day of relaxing at Disneyland, it was way fun. Then we drove to Texas. We have alot to update but sorry no photos until we have the whole family together which won't be long. Well jays got a promotion at work which is way exciting, he really wasn't expecting it but he's happy about it. Well we didn't get the boys home for christmas which was a total bummer but Hayden came home the day after though. We have been getting some sleep but we'll see when Landon comes home which will hopefully be tuesday depending on his echo cardiogram results, so lets keep our fingers crossed! As for me i'm recovering well little pains here and there but all is well in the Hess home well almost home. We really enjoyed our first holidays together we were able to enjoy our families as they came down to visit, although we do miss them we can't wait to see them again. Well gotta update a lil later i have a handsome boy calling for me. Love you guys!

Nurturing Time

Today Jayson and I had the opportunity to have kangaroo care with the kids! This time I had Landon and Jayson had Hayden. Kangaroo care is when you and the baby contact skin to skin so they can feel your warmth and your body heat can keep them warm. Jayson looked soo happy and well i was happy myself. They both are doing very well and continue improving. For Landon and I it was the first time we got to bond. He knew exactly what to do when he and I praticed on nursing. We only hope that Hayden also knows what to do. After a while Jayson calls the nurse and lets her know that Hayden had pooped. Of course she asked jays if he wanted to change him and he did, well......when he was cleaning him Jays said he[hayden] took a deep breathe and let it alll out! On his hand and all over his bedding! It was hilarious!!!! The nursing intstructor comes in laughing and say hahahaha hayden pooped on dad's hand! and all we did was laugh. I had to say it also brightend my day even more! here are a few pictures we took for ya'll hope you enjoy and look how much darker hayden is than jays! I LOVE IT!!!!!

1st Time for Everything

So i told Jayson when i went to see the boys i told him Hayden had smiled at me of course he was bummed BUT luckily when we both went he smiled! this is is first smiling picture!
This is the first time landon was wide awake and looking at us and reacting very well he was just soooo wiggly!
It was a great day yesturday cause Jays and I finally for the first time since they were born had the opportunity to carry them! look how tiny landon looks in Jayson's arms. When i asked him how it felt he couldn't explain, all he could say is it was great.
i too hav to agree with jayson i couldn't have been happier that moment.

An update on the boys is they are both off the IV's, breathing on their own, they are upping their meal intake everyday now. Eating 1oz or a little more every feeding time. The doctor said all we are waiting for is for them to bulk up a llittle. So we ae praying that they continue gaining the weight and keeping it. We can all ready tel who is goin to be the quiet one. hayden just lays there and sleeps very laid back and quiet. landon on the other hand in the 20 to 30 min we were there the nurse had to adjust him and and his little bedding about 4 or 5 times! He is such a wiggle warm! But i can't thank heavenly father enough for these beautiful blessings he has given us.

So Saturday morning Celeste was leaking discharge from her "Girl Part" and so she called me at work and told me about it, and I told her dnt worry about it. Then She calls me 15 min later and told me that she was leaking fluids and that I need to get their asap. As I get their the nurse had called the doctor and agreed to take the kids out. Celeste has been on permanant hospital rest since Wednesday and so it was a relief to hear that she was going to be able to go into labor. but Celeste did very well, we did a Sea Section and I thought that it was very educational and intersting to see all the inside of the belly. But then cme the babies Hayden was born at 4:30 and Landen came out 4:32pm. But they are the cutest kids I have ever seen. We have been truly blessed

Babies Update

Well we finally received our results from our docotor today, and the goodness is that the preeclampsia is negative, so thank goodness i don't have it. Also today we did our first of many NST's which are non stress test to monitor the babies and their well being. During our first round which lasted bout 30 0r 40 minutes i had 3 almost 4 contrctions, we told our doctor and she wasnt too worried so we'll see how this goes, i have been having them since then they are at least 20 to 30 minutes apart. so hopefully nothing continues to go wrong. my blood pressure was still up yesturday it was a tad bit better today, but i gotta keep checking it until our next appt which is monday and maybe have better news. so we'll keep you posted we are pretty much just playig it by ear. Jayson and I were kind of schoked when the nurse was telling us that maybe heavenly father wants these babies to come sooner than they are to be expected, so we just pretty much just looked at eachother and were like nice, thanks a bunch nurse, so like i said we are playing by ear now. we'll surely keep ya informed. :) love you guys!

Heres a picture of one of the gifts that I received from another baby shower that was trhrown for me by my sister in law and her family. It was a fun time but boy was i tired

And another recent picture of the belly. i really enjoyed the lil jumper suit that says daddy's cowboy, so did jayson it just fit perfectly for the way jays is. We had a pretty good time but i was pretty tired. Also beind in pain wasn't very fun i was feeling pressure everytime i would re-position myself or when i would stand up. We went to a doctors visit just to make sure that all is well, when we arrive i do the things i do with a regular visit, as soon as im done the nurse calls us back checks my blood pressure and says wow that is high, are you swollen and i showed her my ankles and she said ok im going to let u sit for a few seconds comes bakc and says uip still high and rising. which FYI that was not normal for me. all lmy check ups my blood pressure has been right on track! so they drew some blood and am on a 24 hour test and depending on the results will determine where i will be put in bed rest. So as of today i'm on bedrest big bummer but hey if it keeps the boys safe, i don't care. so we are taking it easy and well we will keep you posted but other than the pressure all is still safe especially the boys.

Celestes Birthday

So Celeste is now the big 25. But her bday was a busy one. I hve never seen a happier prgnant lady in my whole life. Celeste started off the day with her brother making breakfast for us. Then I pulled out her suprise rocking chair which she had no idea about. she sat in it and loved it for good while.... (It's really kumpfy.) Then after we got all washed up and ready to go i ask Celeste where or what she wants to do for her day. I thought you know go spend time with my husband and be with him. NOPE she sais.....mmmmmmmmmmm I wanna get my hair done. being a guy I had no idea what that cost.... But I found out... so we wnet to get her hair done... for the record never go..... It takes forever. But it was her day.... aand she looked really relaxed and happy. Then after that we decide to go out to eat at Texas Road House... it;s simular to Lonestar but it;s better and more open less formal. But we had Ribs and Chicken Fried Steak and all the yummy fatting food that both Celeste and I miss on our mission. So after that i thought that that was the night. I didnt know that her mom sent us 200 buks to spenf any way we wnated. And Celeste goes straight into Walmart and right into the babay section.... Go Figure.

This week's Doctor Visits

This week we had 2 doctor appointments. One visit was at the hospital for the sonogram and the other with my primary doctor. Well at the sonogram all looked well their heart beats are about the equal pace. Baby A is weighing at 3lbs and baby B is at 2lbs and 15oz so they are growing fairly well. My belly is at 39 centimeters which she said if that was a single baby i would be measuring at full term. Get this a twin full term would measure at 50 centimeters. So all i have to look forward to is growing!!!!! Oh dear. I'm having enough trouble as it is movin around. BUt they said all is lookin good and healthy so we are happy with that.

29 Weeks

Well we have made it to 29 weeks, and let me tell yall that it has been a roller coaster. As yall have seen Celeste's belly is plenty big and it's only getting bigger. As many of yall know were planning on moving to Texas to move closer to Celeste's mom just so we can have some help with the boys. So were not moving until the kids come and Celeste feels that they are coming at the end of the month but we will find out today and tomarrow at our Doctors App. Our goal is 32 weeks and that will put us at Thanksgiving Weekend, 34 weeks would put us 2 weeks into December. So thats where we stand of right now, yes we did move out of our old apt and now were living with Celeste's brother until we move. Man it was hard to move with just a fulltime working man and a pregnant women and with some help of the brother in law. I never realized how much stuff you can acumulate with 8 months of being married. But we finally got it done and are so relieved that it's done. So here is a picture of what is about at, well she is a little bigger because she is at 29 weeks.

Texas Trip/ Baby Shower

Hey everyone it's been a while since Celeste or I have writeen in the blog, so our bad. But we recently went down to Texas for some baby showers it was really fun getting time off of work, but it was a really long drive their. But as you can see Hayden and Landon got their first pair of Jordans. We got alot of clothes that we really needed. But the babys are doing really good Celeste is at 27 weeks out Dr, App are going weekly now, and our goal is 34 weeks which would be the second week of December. But Celeste is getting bigger and bigger daily and we are anxiously waiting on the boys to come. We miss yall so much and hope to see yall real soon

General Confrence

Hey Yall Celeste and i and her brother had some amazing tickets this year for confrence. We had seats right in the middle right behind the audio people in the plaza section. I was really suprised when President Monson mentioned my Grandpa in his talk... it was really shocking hearing Brother Hess from a Prophets mouth. But we are kinda spoiled bc Celeste's mom sends us the tickets from Texas so we use them and they are usually pretty good seats and are usually awesome seats. We alson had the privelage to have Zach with us for the afternoon session of Confrence on Sunday and the morning session on Saturday and Priesthood. I'm sure yall are sick of hearing bout confrence and want to hear about Celeste and she is doing great getting bigger each day. We are excited to have Landon and Hayden come into the family. We are going to Texas this Saturday till Friday for Baby Showers. We have been very busy with everything especially with my work. I'm getting promoted in December to a higher level in Discover Card. But life is well and rolling right along with us. This picture I took with my camera after the Sunday Session of confrence.

This week has been a week of new items in our home/presence. Jayson finally got new sandals that he can handle! Along with a whole bunch of other things! Like a new wife, with new hair do, a new shirt, and pants,and hair do! Those things you can see in the pictures we have taken, except for the wife. HAHA that was done a day after. Anyways, he's just so stoked that he doesn't have to walk on the pavement anymore. Thats pretty much what was left of the sandals!

Jayson and I decided we needed to take pictures pretty soon with the belly and all. Before i couldn't move anymore so here they are we went to Kiddie kandids at babies r us. Yea i know but hey they are fast and kinda cheap so here they are!!!! Our photographer was pretty funny and he had good ideas! Oh by the way ya'll like Jayson's hair? and Shirt? i thought he looked very handsome!
We love are little ones! This had to be my favorite picture! I love how he had both our hands form the heart.
Another brilliant idea by the photographer. Might i add it was semi easy gettin down but gettin up? Yea trouble. Forklift!!!
This one is Jayson's favorite picture. He was standing by the monitor and when it was taken he looked up at me real fast and had a huge smile and he said that one is really good, you look so precious. I couldn't help but smile and blush a lil. This is cheesy but my heart was beating farely quickly.
To make me smile big on this one, Bryce, our photographer was crakin jokes and saying just imagine now how great its gonna be waking up sooooo early and dealing with your little rascals i couldn't help but laugh, and well here are the results! I liked it.

Hey yall, celeste has been takin over the writing of the blog the last few posts because I have been so busy with my job that i dont have anytime to write on the blog. But since Celeste has access to the internet at work and since she does so much at work she spends some of that time writing about the pregnacy on the blog. Speaking of the pregnancy things are going great celeste has gotten really big and each day becomes more exciting. but the other night we decided that we needed to start gathering buying things for the twins. So we decided to go to target in Centerville and then the walmart there as well just to compare prices on car seats. So we decided to go to the Babies R Us in Midvale, and so we decided with the paycheck that we got for that week we decided that we werent going to leave that store with out buying something for Landon and Hayden and ths is what we cane out with.

Everything is coming together all too fast but yet looking at these two car seats it totally freks me out that im going to be a dad. But I'm anxiouse and thrilled for this experience

24 Weeks and goin!

Okay i'm really sorry if this picture is a lil gross but this is what they babies look like except they are breeched and not dow, any ways hope ya'll like the detail too. SORRY!!!!! Well Jayson had a way good experience last night and he was really excited. He felt them kick for the first time finally!!!!!!!! He felt alot of soft kicks but the last one he felt was a hard kick! He yelled out in excitement and was saying it was really weird but way awesome at the same time!!!!! He said i know they are in there now i knew and everything but i just know. Its like knowing for sure the Book of Mormon is true! He really enjoyed this way good daddy experience. I just wanted to share this with you all because he's really excited to be a dad. YEAY JAYS! He's a great person he's been way sweet to me and been really i mean really patient with me and what i'm going through. I just wanted to take this moment to give him a big thanks cause i honestly could not survive without his patience love and humor might i add when i really dont want to hear it he still does it and makes me laugh! So even though i thank him and tell him, i feel its not enough so i decided to take this time and do it. So Thanks Jayson for all you do and for putting up with a kranky pregnant wife. Your amazing in sooooo many ways i can't explain. I love you more than yesturday and i will love you more tomorrow and well when i'm going through labor if i'm mean just know its the pain talking, not me. LOL. Hope ya'll have an amazing day!

BIG ONES!!!!!!

We had another appointment yesturday and it went fairly well. Although we didn't get our regular nurse whom we love it was good. They have grown since the last time they measured them. They both weigh a pound each is is 1lb 7oz and the other is 1lb and 4oz. Baby heavier one is in the 90% growth rate and the other is at 60% growth rate. Both the nurse and the doctor said that that is above average but it is a good thing. One baby seems to be behind the other a good 30% in all measuring. We really didn't get a good answer on how big they are but we can image they are a few inches bigger than last, duh. But we are thinkin 10 to 12 inches cause last time they were about 8 inches long. So we'll keep seeing the progress. They are still breeched so their little heads are in my rib cage just about, they are really starting to speak their little minds by hittin doing what babies in the womb do. I'm really excited that i'm feeling them more often and can feel them its just the coolest thing ever! It did feel a little weird at first but its becoming something normal and way awesome. Oh, good news that we got was that our babies don't have twin to twin transfusion!!!!!! Sooooo happy about that, all we have to do is keep it that way and safe! So thats one sign of releif. One more obsticle we have to get over is this ongoing craving of chinese food that i have. Boy does an egg roll sound good at this moment. Hint Hint all those who are in Utah and are close to us. LOL. But things are well we plan to take a trip to Texas on the 13th to the 17th of October with my brother and sister in law so things will be alot easier money wise! One last time for a while. Plus i gotta get my kids to taste some real mexican food! YUM! Jayson text me the other day and said that while he was getting dressed he got the tast of a diego burrito, a fabulous burrito place in san angelo, and the smell, he just couldn't wait hey neither can I!!!! Now that i have a excuse to eat lots!!!!!! We love ya'll and miss ya'll have a great day and we'll keep you posted!

We're Growing

So this is a picture of Celeste on Sunday before church. We finally got an updated picture, sorry for the delay on that. I thought i would take advantage of the fact that i finally got a phone with a camera on it. FINALLY! Things are growing great, Celeste and I are doin good and feeling good. Just really tired. She has been telling me that they are kickin and moving alot especially where their legs are, in the lower belly, they are constantly kikin one another. Yea shes just a lil scared of the growing belly. She commented on the picture saying "I do look pregnant and not look like i'm just gettin fat!" Well its hard for her to see cause she can't see herself in the perspective that others do. We had a doctor's visit the other day and she is doing well. After our next visit when she gets bigger we may have to go weekly visits monitor the babies. She also told us some news that really freaked Celeste out is that most likely she will be having a c-section. She has been seeing all the sonograms and their legs and feet are towards the birth canal so hopefully she can be a little more calm when she gets answers and asks the doctor all about a c-section. Well all is well in this Hess family. On sunday we got to go visit Dawn, the Bountiful Temple, and Grandma Cleo's grave, it was just one peaceful beautiful sunday. Dawn is still Dawn funny as always and so loving. We cleaned Grandma's grave and aunt Val's and also got to see a gorgeous view utah. Things are well and happy. Hope ya'll have a great day/week! So right before we went to bed last night i told Celeste that i had changed the blog a little. I had told her that instead of having Jayson and Celeste and the Twins i put down their names, Jayson and Celeste and Hayden and Landon she said it was way weird cause its coming real soon. SO i asked her if we were spelling landon's name landin? She said no its LandOn. She laughed real hard and said wow jays can't even spell our kid's name right, how is this gonna work? So we both laughed and she said its ok, as long as you remember to change diapers i don't care. Oh boy diaper duty very soon, OH JEEZ! Double duty! Good Luck to me!

ACTIVE BOYS!

We had our second sonogram today at LDS Hospital. Boy are they full of energy! It also didn't help that Celeste ate before the appointment too. So that made them active. While sitting there we got to hear and see both little heart beats, they are strong and healthy. We also saw that they were kiking eachother on the legs, i must say it was pretty dang funny. They are growin very well liquid levels are still equal so that makes us very happy, the brains are normal also. We saw the spine on one of the boys and it looks way cool and firm. They aren't very concerned they are actually shocked that she is doing so well and feels good. The doctor told us that we just have to be careful and be aware of some things that could show the signs of twin to twin transfusion, which one gets more liquid than the other, and also he said she will start having some contractions now hopefully not too bad, but to call asap if it is more than 2 an hour. We were finished farely quickly at the appt but they wouldn't release her because its twins and they won't release her until the doctor has seen her but he wasnt there when we were done so we waited about 10 minutes suprisingly. SO i'm glad she is getting well takin care of we have another appointment there in the 22 to measure levels and their growth! WE are way excited!!!!! All is well here with us and the pregnancy, no need to worry about anything! Love you guys!!!!!!!

Okay so i'm sure everyone has heard the news that we are having boys but we had to post it. Well we had this cool little video/dvd for you guys that they gave us at the docotor's office but it took a long time and plus it was way big so we could not fit it on a you tube video either so yea. we promise we will post some pictures up as soon as we can find celeste's camera charger to take pics of the sonogram pictures and of her growing tummy. Updates are that there is a big possibility that we will have the boys sooner than we thought. Well when we were at the docotor's office Celeste brought up a concern about her being a smaller person and if the twins were able to fit in her belly. The docotor then told us that her possibilties of having them premature jumped to a high possibilty of having them sooner than we had thought which could be 24 to 26 weeks early. Yea, we thought the same thing also. Thats way early. But, Celeste is confident that things wont be that early. She feels and is doing great and has a positive attitude that all is goin to be well, which helps me out alot. She feels that we will surpass those weeks and make it to at least the 30 or hoping the 32 weeks which the babies will be closer to and fully developed. thats her main concern is that she wants them fully developed and she won't be so scared to have them premature although its still a risk. But we a having high hopes and positive attitudes that the lord is watching over us and taking care of us, we just need to keep going with faith like we have these past 5 months and even before that. Things are goin very well here in salt lake Celeste finally found a great job she is a receptionist at her old job at the hospital. She pretty much just sits there and takes phone calls that come on a good day 2 times an hour. Hahahaha but its perfect because she is not stressed or on her feet too long so i'm glad she got that job. As for me i'm doin pretty good i was in a meeting a few weeks ago with the higher guys at discover and they were concidering me in moving me up so, things are goin farely well. Well we truly miss and love you guys and hope all the best for you all. Take care and we will keep in touch. Well at least try to. SMILES!!!!!!

August 12th- My B-Day

Well today was my b-day and it was a blast. First Zach and I and Larry went down to the theatres and saw The Dark Knight. Oooooooooooooooooo it was awesome, I would go see iut again. After that we went home and my mom cooked us an awesome cooked meal then Judd and My Dad and me and Katie and Larry went to the Angels Game against the Seattle Mariners. It was such a fun time spending time withthe family before I head back tomarrow.

Well I'm finally in California right now. Just the other day Clayton and Zach and I went to the beach yesterday and it felt so relaxing bc I was so used to the hustle and bustle of married life of working full time and a calling in the church and just having so much on my mind. And the beach just was so perfect yesterday. I feel so bad for my wife that she is not here with me but she knows I love her anyway. We also celebrated the day yesterday with Judd's and my b-day. We had everyone over and it was really awesome to see everyone again as we bonded

Long Expected

Well I dont even know how long it's been since I have written in this. I feel so bad bc alot has happened since we last posted something. One of the many things are that Celeste was made the 2nd counselor in the YW Presidency. And also last wek we had our second pragnancy visit, and the doctor told us that its a 100% sure that we are having Identical Twins. So it's going to be either two boys or two girls. I'm hoping for two boys since clayton and katie have the two girls. So we are so excited to have 2 new people joining our family, celeste is showing alot and it's getting more real every month. I have been so busy with work that I have not had anytime to write in this, it's always easier to get over home sickness by looking at other family members blogs. But I also have the oppurtunity to go down to California on Aug 6 -13 I'm so excited. Today we just went to the 24th day parade here in SLC it was a huge event, of course I got sunburned but it was a enjoying event.

The First Sign

Well this summer we have celestes Bro Dillian hanging out with us for the summer time. And the other night I was coming home from a long days of work and Celeste was telling me how she noticed that she is starting to show. She reminded me like she always does that were having twins and that she is showing alot more and alot sooner than other girls do. So we got hoe and man was she right her tummy is getting a little ronder... it's super exciting. We alos saw a video on youtube the other day of how big do mothers of twins really get. Ohhhhhhh my gosh i almost fainted bc they get so big....... I think that Celeste is going to fall over. But it's super exciting to see how the process goes and stuff

YOUNG MENS PRSIDENT

Yep you read it right...I was called today to be the Young Mens president today for our Spanich Branch. So I guess the Lord didn't think that I had it hard enough with a full time job and twins on the way but I guess he thought that if he added this on as well wouldnt be as hard. Celeste is very excited for me and keeps on trying to tell me that everything will go great. I told her bc you arent doing it. But This calling is a huge deal for me and just all in all a pretty big calling. So I definatley for sure now have my plate full now. But all is well in Utah

Not ONE........ But TWINS

Hey everyone....... if yall have not heard we are expecting in January. But recently we had a doctors app abd we have found out that we are going to have TWINS...................... ya not the baseball team but yes actual twins. The estimated due date for Celeste is January 11. So we are very nervouse but yet very very excited to have two babies joining our small family. And we just found out today that the twins have a high risk of being identical twins. So we are super happy and very un prepared for what is coming but we will grow as it comes.

Our week in Park City

Well today was Celestes and I's BIG 3 month mark and I had gotten off work around 7 and we just up and left to park City just bc we needed to get out and have fun for a weekend since we just usually saty in. But we had gotten a junior sweet at a resort near main street and it ws an amazing room with two queen size beds two bthrooms and huge kitchen w frige and oven and microwave. basically a small 1 bedrooom apt, bt with two tv's. but this morning we had gotten up and early, and for those who are married when you get paid and a day later your going to shoppin town it's a no no, ut we had gone shoppn and eatn and all that fun stuff that couples do in park City. but we had a wounderful time and back to work on Monday. man I love being a married person.

Its been a while since we posted well, celeste is doin well been feeling sick, but that comes with the package i guess. We have been feeling the pain of adulthood and responsibility. Celeste texted me the other day in capital letter might i add that we definitely have to down size. She told me that she spent almost 90 dollars in gas!!!!!! She was so depressed about that. so we are hoping to downsize soon and get rid of the gas hog. As for me i have changed my look, i have colored my hair to a darker color, and no it wasn't celeste's idea, it was mine. Its like a dark brown. When we get pictures we will surely share besides its time to take pictures. Celeste enjoyed her time in texas with her family and at her cousin's graduation, she is so proud of him! We are planning on taking a trip up to California in august so hopefully that still happens. I am Loving my job at Discover, did i mention the great benefits??? They are amazing celeste and i are now covered for medical, dental, and vision, its amazing and yea this soon we are covered!!!. I have passed my test with a 100% i must say i am overly joyous for myself and not to mention the great help my amazing wife did in helping me. I start on the floor on the 16th of this month so go me!!!!! Also Celeste has her first docotor's appointment on wednesday the 18th so we'll see what happens we will keep you posted!!!! Well This past week has been pretty amazing and crazy all at the same time. celeste and I have found out that we are pregnant, and have figured out that she is about 6 weeks pregnant. We did a calculation search online on when our due date would be at it's soing to be around January 11. So I'm hoping for a boy and Celeste just doesnt care. But this is a suprise to all, but very good news. I heard a song on the radio the other day and i loved it so I added it to our profile. it's called " Til I was a Daddy too" I encourage all to listen to it, it will bring a tear to your eye. But we are very exited to be in this situation, were anxiouse but a little scared all at the same time. But we are very excited to start our family.

Well Celeste and I would like to take this short time of space that we have to express the love and the gratittude that we have fro our mothers and just how dear they are to our heart, even though sometimes we don't show it. Today at church we learned that the wife is a help mate for us to get back to our Heavenly Father. And that Heavenly Father had put alot of differences between us and the women so we may have differences but if we work out those differences what great union can we be. And over the many of years that i lied under the roof of my parents I have learned alot. But the top 5 things that i have learned the most is the unconditional love to other people. just being nice, " because Nice matters" Thats what my mom has on her piano. And that is a very simple but deep truth. That in reality we are all the same we just loose sight of that sometimes. The 2nd one that i have learned is no matter what happens or will happen the wife is always right no matter what. The 3rd the how to give service, this one is a little from my dad but it applies to my mom as well, service and knowing how to work will take you far in this life. The 4th is always pay your tithing no matter how poor you are, that principle has been tested over and over in our marriage because of the little money that we have. but the last and the most important thing that i have learned from my mom is to make sure that the wife is always in controll of the remote controll. hahahaha I can't believe how bad I sound like my father. but we just want to say thanks to our moms and that your love and devotion in our lives has not gone unoticed

Everybody first off I want to apologise for the lackingness of updating our Blog. But we have been very busy and it's hard to get over to Celeste's brothers house and update stuff. But the past few weeks have been pretty crazy. Celeste is still working at "Benchmark" which is a place where behavioral and sex offenders go. So Celeste always likes to joke around when she comes home and tells me that she was beat up by the boys their. I'm not going to be suprised when she comes home and she has a black eye. But I love her anyways. But I'm going in for more interviews on Monday in Bountiful down the street from Grandpa Riggs house. If I get the job then i will be working at Menlove car dealership as a sales rep. They seem to like me very much over their so I'm pretty excited but the ony down fall is that I have to work on Saturdays which are the only days that Celeste and I get to hang out together. I aslo want to go along with clayton as he did on his blog to Congratualte Zach in making it into the Young Ambassadors and making into the the disney parades asrince Prince Charming .

Well this afternoon Celeste and I and her brother and his wife and daughter went to the Salt Lake temple this afternoon. . I was an amazing time as we enjoyed the beauty of the temple and of eachothers company. It was a wounderful Sunday with a great blue sky and a wounderful sunset that was going behind the temple. I know yall are jealouse but, we think about yall very often especially about the love that our families give us. we just want to say thank you again to all those who have helped us out.

New Jobs

Hey everyone as yall know Celesete and i recently have moved to the great state of Utah, but we have been having a hard time trying to find jobs. But the Lord has blessed us and both Celeste and I have jobs now. Celeste found a job working in Bountiful working for a agency that deals with troubled teens with mental issues. I just got a pretty sweet job with a company called Vector Marketing ( Sounds pretty important) but what they do is that they piggy back cutco knives and we don't go to door to door but what we do is that we call people up who have been intersted either by t.v. or word by mouth and we schedule a apt with the people who wuld be interested with buying cutco knives. So it's a pretty big company, I'm super excited. I start training next wednesday. So thank yall for yalls wounderful prayers in our behalf
